How it works

Details :

Our initial consultation will take place via our contact form or direct email to discuss the budget, event details, and design ideas - your vision and the experience you would like to create for your guests.

Once we have covered the basics, an official estimate will be sent based on your request.

Payment :

We will require half payment to confirm your order as usual. But for the delivery, you will need to pay remaining amount before the delivery starts.

Delivery :

we typically require 3 days notice for a reservation. Book early to avoid disappointment. Based on your contract, we will confirm the delivery time and rentals selected for your special day.
